Purpose Behind the Mission
Founder & Principal: Tom Fournier, LTC, U.S. Army (Retired). Was a career Armor Cavalry Officer with service in the initial Invasion, Surge, and Reconciliation phases of Iraq and Afghanistan, closing out his career serving on the Joint Staff, J7, retiring as a fully Joint qualified plans and assessment trainer for major U.S. and Allied commands.
Since leaving Service, he has continued to serve, advising national security initiatives in Ukraine, FFRDCs, and numerous innovation and workforce development projects, boards, advisory committees, and mentorship programs
Why ...Through every phase of the GWOT, he and his troopers were the fortunate recipients of numerous rapid fielding innovations that undoubtedly saved lives. It has become the purpose of OrgNxt LLC to ensure future Generations enjoy the same advantages.
